The use-by date and lot number (L) are indicated on the packaging.
Store in closed, darkened rooms at a recommended temperature range of 32°F to 86°F.
If transported or stored below 50°F, cloudiness and thickening of the oil are not signs of spoilage.
After opening, use within 40 days if stored at 64°F to 77°F in a dark place, or within 100 days if stored at 32°F to 52°F in a dark place.
